Hadi Ktiri

Beverage Manager

“New Orleans is a place for celebration – whether a birthday, anniversary, or simply a Wednesday afternoon. There’s always a reason to gather with friends and family to toast to each other, and to life. I’m fortunate to be a part of these celebrations by ensuring whatever our guests are drinking is the best they’ve ever had. It’s an honor, and something I take very seriously…but always with some fun mixed in.”

Raised in the big city of Los Angeles and the small-town of Kingsville, in South Texas, Hadi had seen a lot by the time his family moved to Doha, Qatar, where he attended his senior year of high school. He spent his university years at McNeese State University in Lake Charles, Louisiana, where he earned a business degree. From there, Ktiri went east to begin his career in hospitality, as a server at Sunset Beach in The Hamptons, New York.

In 2009, Hadi moved to New Orleans, where he worked as a food and beverage supervisor at The Roosevelt New Orleans, a Waldorf Astoria hotel before opening Beachbum Berry’s Latitude 29 as lead bartender. Ktiri joined the iconic Arnaud’s restaurant in 2010, where he worked his way up to principal bartender of its French 75 bar, and was an integral part of the team in winning the 2017 James Beard Award for Outstanding Bar Program. Hadi later returned to The Roosevelt as beverage manager. Prior to joining Four Seasons in 2021, he was most recently beverage manager of The Ritz-Carlton, New Orleans.

“What I love most about creating cocktails is how bespoke it can be – tailoring recipes to fit the desires and whim of each and every guest – it’s actually incredibly rewarding,” shares Ktiri.

Hadi speaks English and Spanish. When not working, he enjoys photography, watching Formula 1 racing, and nature documentaries – particularly those narrated by Sir David Attenborough.
